Our goal at ENCOURAGE Fitness is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous. It should be fun, varied and done with friends!
Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight, gaining muscle, improving mobility, and increasing endurance can all be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We listen to you and adapt our programming to suit your needs.
With a combined total of over 35 years of coaching experience and success, we are capable of analyzing and improving your movements to keep you safe and injury-free. We will show you the best exercises for mobility, stability, and strength and we will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you have our community to support you, you will be able to obtain a healthier lifestyle.
The community aspect of ENCOURAGE FITNESS is our greatest strength. We are supportive, positive, and eager to learn not just how to become fitter, but to become better people.
We encourage fit families. We can train everyone ages 11 and up. Our experienced staff can challenge both youth (individuals who are less than 18 years old) and masters athletes (individuals who are more than 35 years old) in a way that is both safe and effective.
We understand that youth athletes have unique developmental needs. Our focus is always on proper mechanics before adding load. Learning proper mechanics translates into improved sports performance and fewer sports related injuries.
We understand that Masters athletes have different physical characteristics than our younger athletes and we train some of these characteristics differently. Our Masters population are more likely to have certain health conditions, such as osteoarthritis, or chronic pain from old injuries and we adjust our training accordingly.
New mom? Our mid-morning classes are a great time to come. Bring your infant in their car seat or stroller to class. We also offer a non-supervised area for children to play in while their parents workout.
Want to train with your teen? In today’s fast-paced world, it is increasingly difficult to find time to dedicate to reconnecting with family. In our facility, both you and your teen can attend the same class.
Our team of professional coaches are experts at combining the best results-based training with a heavy dose of encouragement, accountability, creativity and laughter. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each other’s success.
