ENCOURAGE FITNESS offers multiple programs and coaching options.

 Whether you want to lose a little belly fat and tone up some squishy parts, to get moving again after an injury, or to find your peak athleticism so that you can dominate your next competition, we have a program for you. From performing movements as safely and effectively as possible, to improving your ability, to transforming your body, we are here to help you move forward. Our coaches are trained to listen and determine the best way to help you achieve your goals.

Program descriptions


In our 60 minutes fitness class, we create a single “Workout of the Day”, using our unique programming template and formula. From there, we alter this workout just slightly, purely based on the goals of each member to create a variation of the “Workout of the Day”, with your goals in mind.  No matter what your level of physical fitness, our coaches make sure that each activity provides a good challenge for every member. We want you to work hard enough to sweat and feel the burn, but not so hard that you’re overextending yourself. With the support of our expert fitness coaches, everyone is able to carry out challenging and rewarding workouts. 

Our fitness programming is fun because the workouts are different each day; rarely will you see the same workout more than once. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.  You’ll  get to use bumper plates, climbing ropes, pull-up rigs, med balls, plyo boxes, bands, rings, tires, barbells, benches, squat racks, rowers, bikes, kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes, sleds, battle ropes, and the list goes on.


If you are looking to build strength in a specific area then we have a selection of programs for you. These programs can all be used in place of strength work performed in the Fitness class so members may still participate in the Fitness program if they desire. Duration varies from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the type of program. 

If you choose to do one of these programs, do them in their entirety and follow the program as written. Our coaches will work with you to help you select the best program for your goals and provide assistance, as needed, on how to best incorporate the strength program into our Fitness class.

 If you are working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching, we offer full service private personal training programs. 

Your program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history and goals. The assessment phase may take one or several sessions during which your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and any limitations. Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.
